JAHAN SANAT KERMANSHAH known as JSK STEEL, a subsidiary of Shokri Industrial Group, has successfully designed and manufactured a specialized mixer blade along with a shaft and coupling specifically for an ice factory. These parts were produced with the highest precision and quality for an engine with a speed of 900 RPM to ensure optimal performance and a long service life for the equipment.
In the design and manufacturing process, precise engineering standards and technical principles were followed. The mixer blade, with its durable material and aerodynamic structure, improves the efficiency of the salt-water mixing process and leads to reduced energy consumption.
The shaft, made with corrosion-resistant alloys, ensures vibration-free power transmission, while the high-strength coupling provides a secure connection between the engine and the shaft.
This project demonstrates the technical and engineering capabilities of JAHAN SANAT KERMANSHAH known as JSK STEEL in designing and producing custom industrial parts.
