Pre-heated rolling furnace
برای حرارت دادن به مواد اولیه خطوط نورد جهت رسیدن به تبلور مجدد (خمیری شدن) از کوره پیش‌گرم استفاده می شود.کوره های پیش‌گرم معمولا بصورت تک سوز یا چندگانه سوز طراحی می گردد و در شرایط عادی بهینه ترین سوخت، گاز طبیعی می باشد. این کوره ها معمولا به شکل یک اتاق بزرگ و طویل است که از چندین منطقه حرارتی تشکیل شده که به دو دسته تقسیم بندی می شود.
- کوره پیش‌گرم فشار دهنده ( pusher furnace )
- کوره پیش‌گرم گامی (walking Beam furnace)
کوره پیش‌گرم با ظرفیت های مختلف جهت گرم کردن مواد اولیه خطوط نورد تا دمای مطلوب در ابعاد و اندازه های مختلف، توسط این شرکت قابل طراحی و ساخت می باشد. این بخش به عنوان اولین قسمت از مجموعه، باید مواد اولیه وارد شده به کارخانه را تا دمای مورد نظر گرم کند و جهت عملیات نورد گرم ، تحویل بخش های بعدی دهد. علاوه بر موارد ذکر شده در بالا ، کوره پیش‌گرم نورد به قسمتهای جانبی دیگر نیز باید مجهز باشد و لذا طراحی ، ساخت و اجراء و نصب تجهیزات جانبی دیگر کوره ( شامل میز شارژ، سیلندر هیدرولیکی میز شارژ، میز انتقال دهنده به قسمت شارژ کوره، مشعل و سیستم مبدل حرارتی ( رکوپراتور )، سیستم شارژ کوره شامل تجهیزات دشارژ کوره ( سوزن خارج کننده شمش از کوره ، میز خروجی و رولگانگ های انتقال دهنده شمش از خروجی کوره ) در این مجموعه انجام می شود.
